Your role as Principal Investigator
When you become a Principal Investigator (PI) with INNOVACORE, you join a group of some of the most talented physician leaders in medicine today. Here are some of the activities you would be involved in as a P.I. with INNOVACORE:
- Be boarded in your specialty, stay up to date with changes in your profession, and stay current with all required licensing to practice medicine in your location
- Choosing which studies, you would like to be a part of out of the extensive network of clinical trials we are able to bring to you
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the science behind the studies you are involved in
- Build and share access to your patient database that supports clinical research
- Facilitate recruitment of qualified patients in clinical trials
- Develop a relationship with the INNOVACORE clinical research coordinator (CRC) assigned to assist with research activities at your site
- Meeting quarterly with our administration to discuss your research needs and future goals
- Remaining engaged with providing medical care to the patients in your studies
- Allocating space, when necessary, for proper conduct of studies in your practice
